Made from Hyde and Wente as well as Dijon clone 95 Chardonnay Grapes farmed organically at NMV, our Anderson Valley Estate Vineyard which is located on a south-facing slope in the valley hills between Philo and Navarro. Native yeast fermentation. Barrel fermented in 50% stainless and 50% new French oak. Full Malolactic fermentation and elevage in barrel. Unfined and unfiltered. ABV 13%. 50 cases produced.

Wentworth Vineyard Pinot Noir (Mendocino Ridge)

Made with a diverse array of Pinot Noir clones - Dijon 115, 667, 777, 828, 943, Pommard 4 and 5, Wädenswil, Swan, 37, and Calera. Native yeast fermentation, with 15% wholeclusters, the rest destemmed. 40% new French oak- the rest neutral. Twice racked. Unfined and unfiltered. ABV 13%. 5 Barrels produced.

Grapes farmed organically at NMV, our Anderson Valley Estate Vineyard which is located on a south-facing slope in the valley hills between Philo and Navarro. Native yeast fermentation, 45% whole cluster. Malolactic fermentation and elevage in mix of new and neutral French oak. 40% new oak. Unfined and unfiltered. ABV 13%. 173 cases produced.

Secondary fermentation and elevage in French oak. Primarily neutral oak with 33% new. Unfined and unfiltered. ABV 13%. 150 cases produced.
